Equity in experiences and outcomes
The provider completed monthly audits of care plans. The provider received regular feedback from people and their relatives. There were good links to local community resources that reflected the needs and preferences of the people who used the service.
Staff told us they supported people to feedback on their care. Staff told us this was done informally during their regular interactions with people and relatives.
People and their relatives told us they felt well informed by staff and different processes were available for them to feedback on their views and experiences.
