Equity in experiences and outcomes
Relatives told us they were involved in planning peoples care. People were asked for regular informal feedback, in addition to a yearly, formal feedback survey.
Staff were aware of barriers to inequality and prided themselves on having a diverse staff team where they could share and integrate their cultures into the service.
People’s care was regularly reviewed, where people were not always able to be involved in any decision making processes themselves, the provider ensured others were involved in this process, for example relatives and health professionals.
