People's experience of this service
We spoke with 5 people who use the service and 4 family members. Comments from people were mixed. It was evident that in some cases people had built positive relationships with staff but for others lateness and timing of visits was a concern. Comments included; “I really can’t fault them at all none of them.”, and “I'm happy at the moment”. Further comments were, “I have had to type out a routine and chase them to show what is expected at each call”, and “Time keeping is a big thing. I have called many times to complain about this”. People told us they had chance to review and discuss their care needs as part of meetings with the service. Most people knew the registered manager and felt able to raise concerns if they had them.
