Caring
Most staff were satisfied with their work life balance and this was discussed with them. Staff had opportunity to feedback their work experiences though questionnaires and supervision. The agency had a license to enable them to recruit staff from overseas and there were processes in place to support these staff on arrival in the UK.

Workforce wellbeing and enablement
The provider gave opportunity for staff to feedback on their experiences through supervision and formal surveys. The provider recruited staff from overseas as part of a license scheme overseen by the Home Office. Some of these staff felt they would have benefitted from better support on arrival in the UK. Staff felt they had good support in place in relation to lone working.
There were systems in place to support staff in their role and promote wellbeing at work. This included regular supervision. When concerns were raised, we saw evidence that they were looked in to and addressed. When staff arrived in the UK from overseas, they were given support to settle in to the UK, this included support to adapt to a new culture.
