Our view of the service
Date of assessment: 11 September 2024 to 27 September 2024. The assessment included site visits to the service on 11 September and 13 September 2024 outside of normal working hours. Park View Road provides support to up to 10 people with learning disabilities and autism. At the time of our assessment 8 people were living at the service. Feedback from relatives about the service and the care people received was positive. Staff said they felt supported and received regular meaningful supervision. Care was person centred and developed with people and their relatives. During our assessment any issues we found, action was taken immediately. We have assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted.
